When should I report a claim?
As soon as possible, if time permits and it is safe to do so in the situation that warrants a claim.
My claim isn't covered, why?
Most claims are covered through the policy that our agents have designed for our customers. However, there are unique circumstances that may contribute to the denial of a claim. We do what we can to prevent a denial, because we don't believe that it is the most desirable outcome for anyone involved. Every claim receives a complete review and consideration, so rest assured, we have your back!

Reporting a claim is simple, with the help of your Freiburg Insurance team. Each claim is situational, but there are a few features you can count on. Generally, the process works in just a few steps.
Contact your Freiburg Insurance office to report the claim. We'll need other parties involved to contact us too.
An adjuster will make your estimate once a claim has been filed with your carrier. During this step, the adjuster will obtain the necessary information to validate coverage.
The adjuster will contact you with the result of your claim within 10-20 business days. Here, we'll guide you through the final steps to seal the deal.
